Yorkshire-based Caddick Developments has submitted outline plans to Leeds City Council for a landmark new neighbourhood of high-quality new homes, offices, and commercial space in Holbeck, whilst establishing new green connectivity to Leeds City Centre.

The exciting proposals would improve links with Holbeck and extend the City to the South creating up to 1,925 new homes (a mix of studio, 1bed, 2bed and 3bed) as well as around 650,000sqft of Grade A office space. At its heart would be a central green open space, on a similar scale to Park Square or Millennium Square (in Leeds) and overall, around 50% of the development would comprise of public open space.

Following extensive consultation with the community and stakeholders in the first half of 2022, Caddick Developments made some significant improvements to the plans, which will now be assessed by Leeds City Council.
